Welcome to QistWalay customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive in less-than-perfect condition. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to be fair, clear, and customer-centric while also ensuring responsible use of our services.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • You received an incorrect, defective , or damaged item
  • The product is unused, unscratched, and returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.
  • The return request is made within the eligible timeframe (see below).
  • Payment Details
  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation, or delivery receipt).

2. Return Period

  • General Products: Eligible for return within 3 calendar days of delivery.
  • Non-testable Items at Delivery (e.g., air conditioners, UPS, stoves, etc.): Must be checked within 3 working days of delivery, and any issues must be reported within this period.

3. Conditions for Acceptance

Returned items must:

  • Be in original condition (unused, undamaged).
  • Include original packaging, manuals, warranty cards (if any), and accessories.
  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or receipt.

Items will not be accepted for return if they:

  • Show signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
  • Are missing components or packaging.
  • Are special/custom orders or non-returnable as per product listing or manufacturer’s policy.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos or documentation.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for product pickup or drop-off.

5. Return Shipping & Costs

  • If the return is due to QistWalay’s error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, customer mistake, or non-defective reason, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
  • All returns should be made using a trackable shipping method (if not picked by QistWalay’s team).

6. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

  • Notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, or as store credit or product exchange (based on your preference and eligibility).
  • Refunds typically take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

7. Post-Delivery Claims

Please check all items at the time of delivery. Claims for incorrect, missing, or visibly damaged products must be made immediately or within 24 hours in writing.

For products that cannot be tested at the time of delivery, we allow a 3-working-day window to report any operational issues. Beyond this, the matter will fall under the standard warranty or service policy.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products labeled as non-returnable on the product page.
  • Used, scratched, or damaged items.
  • Special orders or personalized/customized products.
  • Items that fall outside the return period.

9. Insurance Disclaimer

QistWalay does not offer product insurance. It is the customer’s responsibility to secure insurance for high-value items (such as motorcycles, electronics) independently. Damage caused after delivery (e.g., theft, fire, accidents) will not be covered under our return or refund policy.

10. Error Handling & Price Correction

We strive to keep product information accurate. However:

  • In case of typographical errors, mispricing, or incorrect descriptions, QistWalay reserves the right to cancel or correct the order before or after confirmation.
  • If a payment has already been made, a full refund or alternative offer will be communicated to the customer.
