Verification Process

At QistWalay, we believe in building trust through a secure and transparent process.
Below is our step-by-step verification and delivery procedure:
- Once your order is placed on our website, a customer service representative will call you within 24 business hours for order confirmation.
- After confirmation, a verification officer will visit you to collect the following:
- A copy of your CNIC
- Copies of two guarantors' CNICs
- Your signature on a verification form
- Your guarantors can be anyone such as a neighbor, friend, relative, or anyone who owns a home or business.
- Where applicable, post-dated cheques (PDCs) will be required as part of the documentation.
- This entire verification process is completed within 48 hours, and your product is delivered within 3 business days.

ذیل میں ہمارے مرحلہ وار تصدیقی اور ترسیل کی کارروائی ہے:
- آرڈر کرنے کے بعد ہمارا نمائندہ 24 کاروباری گھنٹوں کے اندر آپ سے کال پر رابطہ کرے گا تاکہ آپ کے آرڈر کی تصدیق کی جا سکے۔
- آرڈر کی تصدیق کے بعد ہمارا ویری فکیشن آفیسر آپ سے ملاقات کرے گا اور درج ذیل معلومات حاصل کرے
گا
- آپ کے شناختی کارڈ کی کاپی
- دو ضامنین کے شناختی کارڈ کی کاپیاں (guarantors)
- ایک فارم پر آپ کے دستخط
- ضامن کوئی بھی ہو سکتا ہے جیسے کہ کوئی دوست، ہمسایہ، رشتہ دار، یا کوئی ایسا فرد جس کا ذاتی کاروبار یا مکان ہو۔
- مخصوص کیسز میں آپ سے پوسٹ ڈیٹڈ چیک بھی لیے جائیں گے (Post Dated Cheques)
- یہ مکمل تصدیقی عمل 48 گھنٹوں میں مکمل کر لیا جاتا ہے۔
- پروڈکٹ آپ کو 3 کاروباری دنوں کے اندر پہنچا دی جاتی ہے۔
